Melissa is a well respected educational leader with a proven track record of successfully supporting schools and Local Authorities to achieve enhanced results.  Her real passion and expertise resides in supporting Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND), disadvantaged and vulnerable pupils.  

Melissa's previous experience has included working in schools and performing a number of different Local Authority leadership roles including; Narrowing the Gap Advisor, Head Teacher of the Virtual School for Children in Care and Head of Service for Education and SEND.  Improving outcomes for all children drives Melissa's work; which she delivers at all times with passion and integrity.
